Find your natural flow with our weekly offering of yoga classes. Flow-type yoga is suitable for all levels and sessions are held in our spectacular gardens. Feel inspired by exotic blooms, towering palms and lotus coveted lagoons, as a professional instructor guides you through breathtaking techniques and asana postures to clear your mind, stretch and tone the body, and uplift your spirit.
